Story
A blue and violet LED illuminated wall panel whose layered forms glow from within, emitting charged chromatic light through precision-carved apertures. Spectral Flux: Cobalt Resonance is built from four stacked MDF layers—three precision-carved in sequence, one solid back layer—with three integrated LED tiers, each aligned to a corresponding carved layer. Light accumulates as it passes through the depths, building chromatic intensity: cobalt at the surface, electric blue in the middle register, violet at the foundation. The forms shift subtly with movement and ambient conditions, emphasizing emission over surface—color that originates from within the structure rather than being applied to it. This illuminated piece is part of the Spectral Flux Collection, a series exploring form through color, depth, and light.
