Oo Clay Lantern

The Oo Clay Lantern resolves its form through a double-loop structure in smooth resin — a geometry that reads as both stable and in motion, two arcs held in productive tension. The woven string shade above diffuses the light source through a porous material skin, casting a filtered warmth that is neither direct nor diffuse but somewhere between.

The material pairing — cast resin and natural string — introduces a deliberate contrast in surface register and thermal quality. The lamp is designed for surfaces at eye level in a seated position: a nightstand, console, or low credenza where the interplay of form and diffused light can be read at proximity.
