Matchstick Floor Lamp

The Matchstick Floor Lamp scales the series' central conceit — a match stripped of function — to standing height. Three aluminum stems rise from a shared base, the proportions suggesting a bundle rather than a fixture, the assembly reading as a mark across a room rather than an object occupying it. Opal glass diffuses the 2700K source into a soft even field at the top of each stem, contained rather than ambient — a directed warmth that reads as deliberate. Three finishes, brown, white, and black, each shift the reading of the form from organic warmth to architectural neutrality.
