Obsidian Void brings the Erosion series into a matte-black round wall-art relief, with a mineral surface that registers light through depth rather than color. Controlled erosion cuts channels, cavities, and granular ridges into the high-density foam core, giving the piece the material presence of cooled volcanic stone. The spray-painted finish moves from near-total absorption in the recesses to restrained tonal lift across exposed edges. Its dark field gives brighter work room to breathe while holding the wall with disciplined weight. Within the Erosion series, Obsidian Void is the most reduced expression: quiet, tactile, and architectural.
