Overview
Contour reduces composition to flow and negative space. Cut from MDF and sealed under a high-gloss resin surface, the work reads like liquid enamel captured mid-movement—graphic, confident, and unforgiving in the best way. Black channels carve through a white field with a sculpted depth that shifts as you move, pulling the piece out of “print” territory and into object territory. The finish is intentionally reflective, giving the surface a hard presence rather than a soft painterly one. It holds up in minimal interiors because it doesn’t beg for context; it sets the tone. Best used as a single anchor on a clean wall—don’t surround it with noise.
