Wood Wall Art — Snowy Strokes
Snowy Strokes
$330
Snowy Strokes operates at the boundary between painting and object. A paintbrush is fixed to the canvas surface — the tool of the work becomes part of the work itself, collapsing the distance between gesture and image.
The sandstone-textured oil paints build a surface topography that catches raking light, giving the slope its physical weight. The acrylic figures navigate downward with the clean economy of graphic marks. This is not representation for its own sake; it is a precise construction of motion, material, and scale held together on a single plane.
