Aperture: Amber Flare belongs to the Aperture Collection, a series centered on light as a spatial and emotional force. Each work explores the moment where color concentrates, opens, and dissolves into its surroundings. In this piece, radiance pulls inward toward a concentrated core, then expands outward in a controlled gradient. The result is both energetic and meditative—an image that reads as light passing through form rather than pigment on surface. The resin finish deepens saturation and introduces a subtle luminosity that shifts with ambient light, giving the work a quiet but commanding presence.
