Story
Radiant Rings positions illumination as compositional structure — two overlapping circles in metal, one of which carries an LED ring at its perimeter, while a three-dimensional rectangular form anchors the light source in space. The piece is built around the relationship between the lit and unlit arc: the same geometry, one inert, one active, one receding, one asserting.
The LED ring does not decorate the circle; it completes its logic, giving the geometry a reason to exist beyond outline. The work is disciplined in its material economy — metal, light, geometry — and its spatial argument is made through proportion and contrast rather than complexity.
