Meander

Meander commits a single continuous gesture to wood, fixing a freehand line into permanent sculptural relief. The pale ground stays quiet so the gesture has somewhere to go; the line never lifts — it loops, doubles back, and resolves itself across the surface like a permanent record of a single breath.

Channels are routed by hand into MDF and poured with cobalt resin paint, then let to set permanent. The surface stays matte; the line stays satin and recessed flush with the panel.

An object that exists between drawing and architecture. From across the room it reads as a calm field of color; up close, the channels reveal the depth and intention of the cut.
