The Marbella Noir Table is built around the tension between two marble cylinders placed in opposing orientations — one vertical, one horizontal — supporting a round black glass surface whose wavy texture introduces movement into an otherwise monolithic composition. The cylinders are not decorative; they are load-bearing architecture resolved into a sculptural argument.
The black wavy glass carries its own tectonic logic, its surface in quiet motion against the solidity of the marble below. The table reads as an object that has considered its own weight — materially dense, proportionally resolved, and grounded in the room without anchoring to it.
