Overview
The Ettore Sottsass Mirror presents a full-length reflective surface framed by a layered, undulating fiberglass surround. The frame builds outward in graduating waves — each layer a slightly different tonal value — creating a sense of depth and movement that transforms a functional mirror into a sculptural relief. The organic, sinuous profile evokes flowing fabric or geological strata compressed into vertical form. Standing nearly six feet tall, it dominates a wall or corner with quiet, monolithic authority. The soft tonal gradation of the frame introduces chromatic subtlety without competing with the reflected environment. LED neon lighting integrated into the frame edge allows for color-selectable illumination, adding a luminous halo that deepens the mirror’s dimensional presence in low-light conditions.
